The Role • Provide expert scrub support within the orthopaedic theatre department. • Facilitate a range of orthopaedic procedures including hip and knee arthroplasty and ACL repairs. • Uphold the highest standards of clinical care in a technologically advanced theatre setting. • Collaborate effectively with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient patient pathways. • Maintain a safe and sterile environment for all theatre activities. What You'll Need • Current HCPC registration with no restrictions. • Proven experience in surgical scrubbing within orthopaedics. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • A flexible and positive professional attitude. • A considerate and empathetic approach to patient care.
