Required Skills

• Strong Java/J2EE enterprise server-side development
• Multithreading & Concurrency
• JVM fundamentals, memory management, and performance tuning
• Strong Spring Framework experience
• Strong RDBMS and SQL skills – joins, subqueries, indexing, performance tuning
• Snowflake / Cloud Data Warehouse experience preferred
• Linux/Unix and Shell scripting
• Log analysis and process monitoring
• CI/CD – Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
• Git, Maven/Gradle
• Microservices architecture
• Kafka/RabbitMQ messaging
• AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform
• Docker/Kubernetes exposure
• OAuth2, JWT, SSO, SAML concepts
• Agile/Scrum and Jira
• Production troubleshooting and performance optimization
• Code review and mentoring experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deliver robust and scalable Java solutions for the Strategic Client Reporting team.
• Perform hands-on coding and testing based on project requirements.
• Ensure architecture and integration standards align with platform strategies and business goals.
• Collaborate with development squads and IT partners in an Agile environment.
• Develop understanding of financial products, services, and business processes.
• Support compliance, risk controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor other software developers and participate in code reviews.
