Job Title: Senior Data Quality Developer
Location: Boston, MA – Hybrid (2 Days/Week Onsite)
Duration: 6–12+ Months + Potential Extension
Employment Type: W2 Only
Work Authorization: All Work Statuses Accepted
Local Candidates: Highly Preferred – No Relocation Preferred

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Quality Developer with 7+ years of IT experience and strong hands-on expertise in Data Quality, Data Governance, and Informatica Data Quality tools.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Informatica IDQ, EDC, and Axon, along with advanced SQL and data warehouse experience. Healthcare domain experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data quality rules, validations and governance processes.
  • Configure and enhance Informatica EDC and Axon, including business glossaries, policies, dashboards, search and Axon Maps.
  • Translate data governance requirements into technical workflows and solutions.
  • Perform advanced SQL-based data extraction, manipulation and analysis.
  • Review ETL processes and identify data integrity issues.
  • Develop data visualization and analytical solutions.
  • Collaborate with data architecture, engineering, QA, business and analytics teams.
  • Document technical processes and present findings to stakeholders.

Important: Candidates must be comfortable working onsite in Boston, MA 2 days per week. Local candidates who do not require relocation are highly preferred.
