Job Number 732699BR Description:We are Lockheed Martin You will be the Technical Software Engineering Manager for the MDCX team within Skunk Works which is responsible for delivering high-impact software solutions across cross-functional programs. What You Will Be Doing As the Technical Software Engineering Manager you will be responsible for guiding a team of Software Engineers to design, build, and sustain micro-services in C++. You will translate program objectives into actionable technical plans and serve as the bridge between technical leads and program leadership. Your responsibilities will include: * Define and prioritize the team's deliverables, ensuring timely and quality output. * Collaborate with program leadership and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals. * Mentor and grow engineering talent, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. * Represent the team in technical and non-technical forums, communicating status, risks, and opportunities. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
