Title: Tableau Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
Gather and document business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
Develop KPIs, scorecards, and operational performance dashboards.
Integrate and validate data from enterprise systems and relational databases.
Write SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Optimize dashboard performance, data quality, and user experience.
Troubleshoot reporting and visualization issues and support ongoing enhancements.
Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience developing Tableau dashboards and reports in an enterprise environment.
Strong proficiency with **Tableau Desktop** and **Tableau Server/Cloud**.
Hands-on experience writing SQL queries and working with relational databases.
Experience with data modeling, data validation, and integrating multiple data sources.
Strong understanding of data visualization best practices, KPI development, and BI reporting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in government, public sector, or other regulated environments.
Experience supporting workflow analysis, process improvement, and operational reporting.
