Job Title: Senior SAP IS-U FICA Lead / Project Manager

Location: Remote (Occasional Travel to Phoenix, AZ)
Duration: Long-Term Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior SAP IS-U FICA Lead / Project Manager to lead the planning, management, and delivery of SAP IS-U FICA initiatives for a large utilities client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading end-to-end SAP IS-U FICA implementations, managing project execution, and working closely with business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP IS-U FICA projects from planning through go-live.
• Gather business requirements and drive solution design.
• Configure and support SAP IS-U FICA processes.
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams on integrations and enhancements.
• Manage project timelines, risks, testing (SIT/UAT), and cutover activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and provide project status updates.
• Support production deployment and post-go-live activities.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP IS-U FICA.
• Proven experience leading full lifecycle SAP IS-U implementations.
• Strong knowledge of FICA processes including Payments, Collections, Dunning, Security Deposits, Installment Plans, Write-offs, and Credit Management.
• Experience integrating SAP IS-U with SAP FI and other utility modules.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• SAP S/4HANA Utilities experience.
• SAP IS-U Certification.
• Experience with SAP Activate and Agile methodologies.
