Job Description

Location: New York, New YorkJob Type: Contract to PermCompensation Range: $50 - 55 per hourWe're looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across the Communications & Brand team. In this role, you'll manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring priorities are aligned, timelines are met, and deliverables stay on track. As a central point of coordination, you'll facilitate clear communication, foster collaboration among cross-functional stakeholders, and help drive projects from kickoff to completion with efficiency and attention to detail.Responsibilities:Request intake via project management software, resourcing of projects, tracking and disseminating information, creating schedules for the timely delivery of resources and materials, and identifying potential issues that may disrupt work schedules.Although this role is responsible for managing projects to completion, it entails far more than just logistics.The successful candidate must own and drive the work through a combination of critical thinking, risk assessment and mitigation, proactive solutioning and creative problem solving.The position is best suited for driven individuals who thrive in an entrepreneurial culture that emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and accountability.The Project Manager is the main point of contact and facilitator across multiple teams, businesses, locations, and vendors - meaning excellent communication skills are paramount.Finally, the successful candidate will measure KPIs and prepare accurate progress reports for management, providing quarterly analysis of projects and workflow and identifying areas for process improvement.Creative Project ManagerFosters clear and effective communication within the group and across Brookfield stakeholders.Defines the scope of the project in collaboration with colleagues and senior management.Creates detailed work plans that identify and sequence the activities needed to successfully complete the project.Collaborate with colleagues and senior management to determine the resources (subject matter experts, time, budget, IT, etc.) required to complete the project.Ensures team has all required documents and assets needed to complete projects.Liaises between all workgroups to develop, communicate, and manage clear production timelines.Tracks and updates all project statuses and lead daily stand-up meetings.Communicates potential problems to project teams and recommend solutions.Manages third-party vendors to ensure projects and operational timelines are met.
