Heavy-Duty Truck Sales Representative
I-State Truck Center
I-State Truck Center is seeking a motivated Heavy-Duty Truck Sales Representative with experience in Western Star trucks. This role focuses on building customer relationships, identifying needs, and driving sales through product expertise and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
Engage new and existing customers to recommend Western Star truck solutions
Build relationships with fleet managers, owner-operators, and industry clients
Maintain strong knowledge of Western Star models, specs, and applications
Educate customers on performance, durability, and efficiency benefits
Sales Strategy
Meet or exceed sales targets
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry events
Operations & Follow-Up
Track activity and pipeline in CRM
Coordinate with parts and service teams for delivery and customization
Provide post-sale follow-up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
2–3+ years in truck, automotive, or related sales
~ Proven ability to meet sales goals
~ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
High school diploma required; CDL a plus
Self-driven, customer-focused, and team-oriented
Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends as needed)
Ability to perform truck walkarounds and test drives
Occasional travel
