  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, Microsoft 365, and device-related issues through effective troubleshooting and technical analysis.
  • Contribute to ITIL-aligned service management processes and continual service improvement.
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems and services, identifying potential issues and taking proactive measures to minimise disruption.
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, user account administration, access provisioning, and equipment deployment activities.

  • Support IT projects, system upgrades, office technology deployments, and technology improvement initiatives as required.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience working within SLA targets and ability to manage workload based on business impact and urgency.
  • Experience using an ITSM platform such as FreshService, ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
  • Experience working in a structured IT support environment.

  • Core benefits including life assurance of four times salary, income protection of 75% of salary for up to five years, and single private medical insurance cover.
  • A generous pension scheme
  • 25 days' annual leave, increasing to 27 days after five years' service.
