Location: Remote

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer with strong expertise in Golang, AWS, and AI/ML technologies to build scalable, AI-powered intelligent routing solutions.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and can deliver independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable backend services and microservices using Golang.
  • Build and integrate AI-powered intelligent routing and decision-making solutions.
  • Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS.
  • Integrate AI/ML models, inference services, and intelligent decisioning capabilities into backend workflows.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and low-latency processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, proactively identify challenges, and drive solutions independently.
Required Skills
  • Golang: Strong hands-on experience building production-grade backend applications, APIs, and microservices.
  • AWS: Solid experience developing and deploying scalable cloud applications.
  • AI/ML: Strong understanding of AI concepts, model integration, inference, and AI-driven decision-making.
  • Backend Engineering: Experience with distributed systems, concurrency, and performance optimization.
  • Ownership & Communication: Strong problem-solving abilities, personal accountability, proactive communication, and the ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with intelligent call routing, IVR, contact-center systems, or real-time decision engines.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, or Amazon Bedrock.
  • Exposure to NLP, LLMs, conversational AI, or intent classification.
