What Will You Be Doing?

• Bringing fresh ideas to the table and identifying creative ways to increase customer engagement.
• Taking ownership of marketing projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly from initial idea through to delivery.
• Reviewing marketing performance and using insights to shape future activity.
• Creating engaging content and maintaining a strong presence across digital and social channels.
• Working with external creative partners to deliver eye-catching marketing materials.
• Supporting promotional initiatives and developing campaigns that help drive business growth.
• Exploring new marketing opportunities, keeping an eye on competitors and industry trends.
• Coordinating multiple projects, managing deadlines and ensuring a consistent brand message.
• Getting involved in wider business initiatives and contributing to future marketing plans.

What Are We Looking For?

• Previous marketing experience within the FMCG/Food sector is essential.
• Ideally a Marketing Executive or Senior Marketing Executive ready to progress, although experienced Marketing Managers are equally welcome.
• A strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and campaign management.
• A creative flair with the confidence to suggest and implement new ideas.
• Good commercial awareness and an understanding of what makes a successful marketing campaign.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A confident communicator who enjoys working with different people.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for marketing!
