What You'll Need • A (technical) university entrance qualification, a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator status. • German language proficiency at B2 level. • A passion for the construction process and a strong interest in technical challenges. • Excellent mathematical skills, spatial reasoning abilities, and an analytical mindset. • A goal-oriented, structured approach with a high willingness to learn, and strong teamwork and communication skills.
