At Avanade, this role leads delivery engagements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions, ensuring the right solutioning, product demonstrations, and client management.
Qualifications- Familiar with core Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Microsoft AI offerings and the wider Microsoft ecosystem including Azure, data, security and modern workplace.
- Consulting experience working with external clients.
- Pre sales experience, especially solutioning for high level or ambiguous requirements and a good understanding of pricing strategies.
- Experience with product demonstrations and presentations.
- Client management skills and ability to develop and manage an action plan.
- Implementation experience across multiple industries.
- Lead delivery engagements for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
- Develop and manage client action plans to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Provide consulting and solutioning expertise based on client requirements.
- Assist in pricing strategy development and pre sales technical discussions.
Responsible for functional consulting, design, and configuration of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for supply chain, production, warehousing and related modules.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and understand business processes, preparing high level solution blueprints and design documentation.
- Analyse client requirements and objectives to determine how software can best meet them.
- Work closely with clients and team members to define, design and align the business application to requirements.
- Convert requirements into functional specifications and functional design documents.
- Provide functional consulting, design and configuration of D365 F&O for supply chain, production, warehousing and related modules.
- Handle SIT, end user training, UAT and Go Live activities.
- Execute data migration activities.
- Manage and deliver small projects independently, leading other consultants and ensuring delivery of deliverables.
- Participate in the development of functional design documents and technical specifications, unit and system test scripts, and deployment plans for SIT testing.
- Facilitate functional sessions and weekly status meetings with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
Lead end to end delivery of large scale Microsoft implementations across Southeast Asia, driving strategy, client engagement, and project governance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver technology project implementations across multiple countries, ensuring successful execution within a regional delivery model.
- Interpret and manage contractual obligations, ensuring alignment with scope, commercial terms, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Operate within consulting and solution implementation environments, driving structured delivery while adapting to client specific needs.
- Engage confidently with CXO and senior business stakeholders, manage escalations, navigate complex situations, and build long term, trusted client relationships.
- Apply technical expertise in Microsoft Opportunities represented, i.e., Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM (or equivalent) to challenge and guide delivery teams, contribute to architecture and integration discussions, and drive informed solution decisions.
- Lead cross functional teams by driving accountability, resolving conflicts, and maintaining delivery momentum, especially in high pressure environments.
- Navigate and manage projects across Southeast Asia by adapting to regional nuances, diverse teams, and varying client expectations.
- Leverage AI capabilities within the SDLC (where applicable) to improve delivery efficiency, innovation, and overall project outcomes.
- Manage commercially sensitive fixed price projects end to end, ensuring strong governance across scope and change management, project planning and scheduling, financial tracking and cost control, risk identification and mitigation, and delivery execution and quality.
- Drive results and continuous improvement in ambiguous or unstructured environments, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance outcomes.
- Foster a customer centric culture, building strong relationships while leading, mentoring, and developing high performing teams.
- Independently manage large, complex ERP/CRM programs across BU/Practice Domains within Avanade, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to closure.
