Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll lead the design and development of technical solutions. You'll stay hands on, while sharing your knowledge, mentoring team members and helping them build their skills.

Skills and experience for this role

• Experience as a back end or full stack engineer, working with Java.
• Experience with React, Python or Kotlin is a bonus, but not essential.
• Experience with REST API development and backend integration, migration and integration experience would be a bonus.
• Hands on experience with CI/CD pipelines, and automation testing.
• Exposure to container technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Experience developing, configuring and deploying solutions on AWS or Azure or GCP.
• Good listening and communication skills, with an openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• A willingness to question how things are done and help us find better ways of working.
