Lead .Net Developer with strong experience in React Native

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead .NET Developer with strong hands-on experience in React Native, JavaScript, mobile application development, AWS, and cloud/system architecture. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of software development and technical leadership experience and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications using .NET/C#.
• Develop and support mobile applications using React Native.
• Work with JavaScript and modern frontend technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Design scalable and secure systems and cloud architectures.
• Develop and maintain applications and services on AWS.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Leverage AI development tools, GitHub Copilot, and Kiro to improve development productivity.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and other technical teams.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure high-quality software delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development / technical leadership experience
• Strong experience with .NET / C#
• Strong experience with React Native
• Strong JavaScript development experience
• Experience developing 4–5+ mobile applications
• 4–5+ years of AWS experience
• Strong knowledge of System Design and Cloud Design
• Experience with AI development tools, GitHub Copilot, and Kiro
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale application development projects.
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture and cloud-native development.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Work Arrangement

Fort Lauderdale, FL – Hybrid
Candidates must be available to work 3 days onsite and 2 days remotely per week.
