The Role

• Lead the development and implementation of standardized clinical education strategies to improve clinical outcomes and staff competency.
• Coordinate and deliver comprehensive clinical education programs, including orientation, annual competencies, and specialized skills training.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify educational gaps and develop curricula to address professional development needs.
• Monitor and evaluate staff competency and performance to ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership on quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to education staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

What You'll Need

• Current registered nurse (RN) license by the State Board of Nursing.
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
• Minimum of 3 years of full-time clinical experience in education.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Long Term Care / Post-Acute Care.
• Specialty area certification is strongly preferred.
