We are hiring for an impact-driven organization dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The Role

• Provide in-person, online, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5, planning and delivering tailored, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Work with schools and local authorities to help disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Contribute to raising the standard of education for young people with diverse learning difficulties, including MLD, SLD, and PMLD.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience, preferably with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
• Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed) and 2 professional references.
• UK residency with the right to work in the UK.
