Forklift and Machine Operators

WSB Solutions is hiring! We have immediate openings for experienced Forklift Operators and Machine Operators in Cambridge, OH. If you have manufacturing, warehouse, forklift, machine operation, or production experience and are looking for steady full-time work with competitive pay, we want to hear from you!

Pay: $18/hour
Location: Cambridge, OH
Shifts: 2nd & 3rd Shift Available
Job Type: Full-Time

These are great opportunities for dependable workers who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and know the importance of working safely. Previous forklift or machine operating experience is required, but we are looking for people with a variety of manufacturing backgrounds.

Forklift Operator – What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a forklift to move materials and products
• Load and unload materials
• Move materials throughout the facility
• Keep inventory and work areas organized
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Assist with warehouse and production duties as needed

Machine Operator – What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor manufacturing and machining equipment
• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications
• Measure and inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Make basic machine adjustments when needed
• Break down and reassemble machines as required
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We’re Looking For

• Previous forklift or machine operating experience required
• Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or industrial experience
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Must be available to work 2nd or 3rd shift
