What You'll Need • A (technical) university entrance qualification, a qualified vocational qualification, or certification as a state-approved technician or business administrator. • German language proficiency at B2 level. • Demonstrated traits of diligence, responsibility, and confidentiality. • Empathy, compassion, enjoyment of working with people, and resilience. • Prior experience in a voluntary social year, federal voluntary service, or other volunteer work is advantageous.
