The Role

• Engage in practical phases with partner companies in your vicinity.
• Specialize in one of four key areas: Childhood Education, Social Work with Adults, Child and Youth Welfare, or School-Based Social Work.
• Gain practical insights into areas like sociopsychiatric support and educational assistance.
• Support colleagues in providing practical, targeted pedagogical support within clients' daily lives and family settings.

What You'll Need

• A (technical) university entrance qualification, a qualified vocational qualification, or certification as a state-approved technician or business administrator.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Demonstrated traits of diligence, responsibility, and confidentiality.
• Empathy, compassion, enjoyment of working with people, and resilience.
• Prior experience in a voluntary social year, federal voluntary service, or other volunteer work is advantageous.
