Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM Architect
Project Location: Philadelphia, PA (3 days onsite per week)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise ITOM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and integrations, with the ability to lead architecture, technical teams, and platform best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, including 5+ years in ITOM.
• Hands-on expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and ITOM Visibility.
• Strong experience with MID Server, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of CSDM, CMDB governance, and platform performance optimization.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, troubleshooting, and platform administration.
• Knowledge of cloud discovery (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-Discovery/ITOM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Design scalable integrations with enterprise systems and monitoring tools.
• Ensure CMDB health, data quality, and platform performance.
• Lead Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management implementations.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support platform upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership.
• Mentor developers and establish ServiceNow best practices.
• Drive solution design, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

 

 

Required Certifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Discovery – Required ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Service Mapping –
Preferred ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Event Management – Preferred ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Preferred
