Job Title : Veeva Vault PromoMats Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architecture for Veeva Vault PromoMats implementations, migrations, enhancements, and support.

Design scalable, secure, compliant, and high-performance PromoMats solutions.

Architect DAM, MLR workflows, Claims, Content Lifecycle, Modular Content, Renditions, and Distribution.

Lead Vault configuration including objects, lifecycles, workflows, security, validation, notifications, and automation.

Provide expertise in Vault Java SDK, REST APIs, VQL, Vault Loader, and custom integrations.

Design integrations with Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, CMS, regulatory, and IAM platforms.

Ensure GxP, FDA, CSV/CSA, validation, and audit-readiness compliance.

Lead architecture workshops, technical reviews, estimations, risk management, and delivery governance.

Mentor technical teams and collaborate with business, regulatory, marketing, QA, and IT stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

15+ years of IT experience, including 10+ years with Veeva Vault.

7+ years of hands-on Veeva Vault PromoMats experience.

Strong expertise in Vault Architecture, PromoMats, Configuration, DAM, MLR, APIs, SDK, VQL, and Workflows.

Strong Life Sciences regulatory and compliance experience.

Enterprise integration and Agile/hybrid delivery experience.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work onsite with US-based cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

Veeva Vault certifications.

Veeva MedComms, CRM, Quality, RIM, and commercial content experience.

Salesforce, SSO/SAML/OAuth, cloud/middleware, CI/CD, DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.

AI-enabled content review/digital content operations.

Experience with global pharmaceutical/biotech organizations.
