Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Proven experience shipping AI-assisted and Agentic AI applications in high-throughput environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with RAG, Agentic AI, LLMs, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Strong React development experience for modern frontend applications.
• Strong backend programming experience with APIs, distributed systems, and microservices.
• Proven ability to design scalable system architectures, lead technical decisions, and maintain high engineering standards.
• Experience leading technical teams and delivering production-ready full-stack AI solutions.
