WAN Support/ Network

Job Title: WAN Support
Location: Seattle, WA/St Louis, MO /El Segundo, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6-12 Months Contract

This role is well-suited for candidates who have supported large enterprise environments, including Fortune 500 customers, aerospace organizations, and global manufacturing clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end transport provisioning and circuit delivery activities.
• Coordinate telecom service orders with carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, Lumen, Comcast Business, Spectrum Enterprise, Zayo, and Cogent.
• Track and manage transport orders from request initiation through implementation and closure.
• Coordinate installation schedules with customers, field technicians, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor service delivery milestones and proactively escalate delays.
• Maintain accurate records of circuit inventory, order status, and provisioning documentation.
• Review customer requirements and translate them into carrier service orders.
• Coordinate circuit disconnects, upgrades, migrations, and MACD (Moves, Adds, Changes, and Deletes) activities.
• Participate in customer status calls and provide regular project updates.
• Work closely with Network Operations, Engineering, Program Management, and Vendor Management teams.
• Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution of provisioning issues.
• Support enterprise WAN, MPLS, Internet, SD-WAN, Ethernet, and DIA connectivity deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Telecom Provisioning, Service Delivery, or Network Order Management.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
