DevOps Software Engineer | Chevy Chase, MD, United States | Hybrid | $107,900.00 - $195,050.00 We're hiring on behalf of a leading technology solutions provider for government and commercial customers, known for its innovation in digital and mission-critical systems. This organization is seeking a cleared DevOps Software Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on building and deploying cutting-edge technology solutions for a significant national security program. The Role • Design, deploy, and maintain a full-stack, containerized microservices architecture. • Support systems administration, installation, and configuration. • Drive the adoption of DevOps best practices across engineering teams. • Deploy, triage, and maintain a production big-data pipeline using Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, and Kafka. • Enhance and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation. • Use Helm to configure Kubernetes deployments for evolving requirements. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 8+ years of relevant experience; 6+ years with a Master’s. • Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI with Polygraph. • Strong Linux proficiency. • Hands-on experience with containers and Kubernetes. • Experience with CI/CD orchestration and GitLab. • Familiarity with Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana.
