The Role

• Ensure a well-maintained store and deliver a superb customer shopping experience alongside team colleagues.
• Actively participate in stocking shelves, attractive product presentation, baking, and operating modern checkout systems (including self-checkout).
• Support the Store Manager by leading shifts, coordinating task assignments, and implementing store concepts.
• Undertake various store operations including stock management, cleaning, and inventory tasks.

What You'll Need

• Previous retail experience, ideally with some leadership or shift supervision experience.
• A strong team player with a high sense of responsibility and the ability to motivate others.
• Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively.
• Reliability and flexibility to work various shifts, in coordination with leadership.
