• 8+ years of overall IT experience
• 6+ years of hands-on CRM experience
• 4+ years of CRM solutions development experience
• Strong experience with D365 CRM / Dynamics 365
• 3+ years of experience building PowerApps and Power Automate/Flow-driven applications
• Microsoft Power Platform expertise
• PowerApps entity design and strong UI design skills
• Microsoft Dataverse / Common Data Service (CDS)
• Integration with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Experience with APIs and Custom Connectors within PowerApps
• .NET Development
• Portal Development
• Power BI
