Job Description

Role: Product Architecture Lead

Client: Accenture
Location: Boston ,MA - Mainly remote since the candidate will be traveling onsite to client locations. There will be some onsite meetings but this role is considered remote with client travel.

Work Arrangement: Onsite, 5 days per week
Duration: 8–12-month contract

Rate: $55/hr - $60/hr on w2 only
Employment Type: W2 Contract

Product Architecture Lead for an contract role supporting healthcare industry solutions. This role owns the end-to-end design of customer-facing and business-facing solutions, encompassing solution architecture, agentic capabilities, and UI/workflow design. The successful candidate will translate business capability inventories into coherent, buildable designs while leading cross-functional architecture teams in close partnership with product engineering. While this role will be mostly remote, there will be some periodic onsite work as well.

Responsibilities

Own and lead the design of customer-facing and business-facing solutions, including solution architecture, agentic capabilities, and UI/workflow
Translate business capability inventories into detailed, actionable designs that engineering teams can execute against
Lead and coordinate solutions, agentic, and UI/workflow architects across multiple concurrent design workstreams
Partner closely with product engineering to align design intent with implementation execution
Maintain solution coherence and architectural integrity when multiple teams are designing simultaneously
Ensure all designs align to the broader platform architecture and established standards
Travel to required locations as needed; travel expenses are covered

Key Qualifications

Professional degree required
Minimum 8 years of experience in Solution Architecture
Minimum 8 years of experience in Agentic Design
Minimum 8 years of experience in AI Workflow Design
Minimum 8 years of experience in Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM)
Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Design
Prior experience in the Healthcare industry required

Preferred Qualifications

Expert-level (P4) proficiency in Solution Architecture
Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, multi-team architecture programs in complex healthcare environments
Advanced cross-functional expertise spanning agentic design, AI workflow, PBM, and product design
