The Role

• Provide expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their locations.
• Conduct a variety of services including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage personal stock, complete reporting, and maintain effective customer communication.
• Utilise provided tools, equipment, and a dedicated vehicle to perform duties efficiently.
• Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service skills.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• Proficiency in working with a variety of light vehicles and performing diagnostics.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers.
