The Role • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and packages. • Effectively communicate system prices, channels, services, and current promotions to potential customers. • Demonstrate the company's various products and services. • Build rapport with visitors and guide them through the sales process. • Review current customer service levels and introduce new services as appropriate. • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns to maintain a positive experience.
