The Role

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and packages.
• Effectively communicate system prices, channels, services, and current promotions to potential customers.
• Demonstrate the company's various products and services.
• Build rapport with visitors and guide them through the sales process.
• Review current customer service levels and introduce new services as appropriate.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns to maintain a positive experience.

What You'll Need

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate positively to customers and colleagues.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing demeanor.
• Ability to learn and quickly retain new information and concepts.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
