Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IAM Onshore Architect to lead Identity and Access Management strategy, architecture, and solution design initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), IAM architecture, access lifecycle management, and modern authentication technologies. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, security teams, application owners, and technology leadership to define IAM requirements, develop roadmaps, and deliver transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead IAM strategy, architecture, and solution design initiatives.
  • Drive Identity Governance and Administration programs and enhancements.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, security teams, and application owners to define IAM requirements and roadmaps.
  • Design and govern Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes, RBAC, access certifications, and access lifecycle management.
  • Lead application onboarding and integration into IAM platforms.
  • Conduct architecture reviews and provide guidance on IAM best practices.
  • Support IAM transformation and modernization initiatives.
  • Lead architecture discussions and solution design workshops.
  • Collaborate directly with client leadership and technology teams.
  • Provide technical guidance on IAM and security architecture.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of overall IT experience with substantial IAM experience.
  • Strong expertise in SailPoint ISC/IIQ, Saviynt, or comparable IGA platforms.
  • Deep understanding of Identity Governance, Access Management, and Privileged Access concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, Federation, SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and LDAP.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
  • Proven experience leading architecture discussions and solution design workshops.
