  • Provides physical therapy interventions under a plan of care written by a physical therapist.
  • Performs therapy interventions utilizing techniques and skills as appropriate for the patient population.
  • Documents treatment interventions given.
  • May coordinate activities of physical therapy aides, students and other support personnel.
Licensure / Certification / Registration
  • Required Credential(s):
    • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
    • Licensed Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy Asst credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Physical Therapist Assistant temporary letter will be accepted until license is issued.
Education
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
