The Role

• Calculate and report on biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual production metrics for medical teams.
• Respond to and analyze Medical Director and doctor inquiries regarding production and compensation, including reconciliations.
• Compute production bonuses, true-ups, and other payments for Doctors of Veterinary Medicine (DVMs).
• Assist in the preparation of annual hospital budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Audit DVM contract details and summary reports within the payroll system for accuracy.
• Review biweekly payroll to ensure accurate compensation for doctors.
• Develop and present monthly financial reports and analyses to leadership.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, payroll, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in multi-site industries like healthcare or retail.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and develop solutions.
• Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail and intermediate accounting knowledge.
• Proficient in Excel with experience handling large datasets.
• Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
