Job Description



A recognized institution in Richmond, Virginia is seeking an Oracle Fusion ERP Technical Analyst to support the design, configuration, integration, and ongoing maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions.


About the Opportunity:




  • Schedule: Monday to Friday




  • Hours: Standard business




  • Setting: In-person




Responsibilities:




  • Design, document, develop, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion ERP modules across Financials, Procurement, Project Financial Management, and Enterprise Performance Management




  • Support ERP environments hosted in Oracle Government Cloud, including security best practices, monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis




  • Manage quarterly and monthly Oracle updates, including environment refreshes, patching, release analysis, impact assessments, and testing coordination




  • Design and maintain integrations and data movement processes using REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, FBDI, and related tools




  • Develop reporting and analytics solutions using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formulas, dashboards, and data extracts while partnering with stakeholders on requirements and end-user support




Qualifications:




  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud ERP




  • Strong knowledge of Oracle security and permissions, including roles, privileges, and data access




  • Experience with ERP architecture and data models




  • Experience with API-based integrations, SQL, and data analysis




  • Proficiency in Fusion Middleware and Oracle Integration Cloud




  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and/or Procurement and HCM, Oracle BI Publisher or OTBI, FBDI and HDL data loads, and the Oracle security model




  • Experience with one or more programming languages




  • Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems and shell scripting




  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills




  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment with strong attention to detail




Desired Skills:




  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP systems





  • Oracle Cloud certification





  • Experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management, Single Sign-On integrations, Oracle Visual Builder, Oracle APEX, or SmartView




  • Experience with Opkey ERP Test Automation or other automated test tools




  • Experience working in government or regulated cloud environments




  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, or DevOps tools
