The Role

• Sell pest control solutions to a variety of commercial industries.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate services.
• Develop strategic sales recommendations for new and existing customers.
• Build trusted relationships by empathetically understanding and solving customer problems.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting and managing leads.
• Utilize provided tools and training to explain solutions and set customer expectations.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain pesticide licensing (company-sponsored).
• Capacity to work independently in the field and interact with customers.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks including ladder use, lifting, and entering confined spaces.
• Commitment to safety and professionalism in all interactions.
