The Role

• Operate and maintain technical building systems, focusing on heating, ventilation, and plumbing.
• Perform immediate repairs for malfunctions and conduct minor repair work.
• Provide cross-trade support for utility systems.
• Maintain detailed reports for errors, tests, maintenance, and inspections.
• Coordinate with external companies for maintenance and repair activities.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in heating, sanitary, air conditioning, and ventilation technology, gas and water installation, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Cross-trade technical knowledge is a plus.
• A customer-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call service (with additional compensation).
