SAP OTC Business Analyst / Functional Consultant

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Business Systems Analyst / Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP ECC, SAP SD, sales order management, and integration with Salesforce (SFDC), SAP Hybris, or web-based order management systems.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing upstream OTC processes, including customer order intake, sales order creation, order processing, and integration between SAP ECC and external applications.

This is a customer-facing role requiring strong communication skills, business analysis capabilities, and the ability to independently understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with business stakeholders and customers to understand business processes and gather requirements.

• Lead requirements discussions, customer workshops, and functional solution walkthroughs.

• Analyze upstream Order-to-Cash processes, including customer order intake and sales order processing.

• Support SAP ECC integration with Salesforce (SFDC), SAP Hybris, and web-based order management platforms.

• Work on BAPI-based sales order creation, updates, and related integrations.

• Analyze and troubleshoot sales order processing issues, EDI interfaces, and IDoc errors.

• Investigate interface failures by reviewing SAP system data, configuration, transaction flows, and error messages.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP configurations, enhancements, and interfaces.

• Collaborate with Salesforce, integration, development, and business teams to resolve functional and technical issues.
