Job description

Position: Business Analyst/Data Analyst (Capital Market)

Location: Tampa, FL

Duration: Fulltime

  • Experienced Business Analyst with strong Capital Markets domain knowledge.
  • Responsible for gathering and documenting business and data requirements.
  • Expertise in Data analysis, hands-on experience with SQL and Big Data platforms (Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Databricks, Snowflake).
  • Responsible for performing data analysis and reconciliation, supporting regulatory and business initiatives, and coordinating with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Proven Project management experience with the ability to manage deliverables, timelines, risks, and cross-functional teams in Agile and Waterfall environments.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
