Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technology Account Lead with strong engineering delivery, technical leadership, and governance expertise in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have experience leading multiple engineering teams, managing architecture governance, and driving enterprise Agile delivery initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in engineering delivery, governance, and technical leadership.

• Healthcare industry experience is required.

• Strong knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and claims adjudication.

• Experience leading and coordinating multiple engineering teams.

• Expertise in architecture governance and enterprise Agile delivery.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Ability to travel as required; eligible travel expenses will be covered.

Work Arrangement:

• Boston, MA; onsite/remote arrangement to be confirmed.

• Travel may be required.
