Job Description
Holcim Australia invites applications for a Quarry Team Lead position at Oaklands VIC. Reporting to the Quarry Manager, you will build and develop a motivated team to meet safety, environmental and financial targets.
You will drive cost-effective pit development with a focus on continuous improvement and meeting customer and environmental requirements. The role requires a Cert IV in Surface Extraction Operations, 5 years in quarry roles (Drill & Blast preferred) and strong Google Suite skills.
