Electrical & Instrumentation Technicians

Mergent Group are seeking experienced and qualified Electrical & Instrumentation Technicians to join the team at Olympic Dam Mine Site for a long term project.

Reporting to the Site Superintendent, this role is integral to supporting commissioning and pre-commissioning activities, as well as providing technical oversight across site operations. You will be responsible for field scoping, preparing work packs, reviewing technical documentation, troubleshooting issues, and assisting site teams to ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant standards.

About the role:

• FIFO from Adelaide or Brisbane
• 2/1 Roster
• Attractive pay rates + penalties
• 12-hour workdays
• Camp accommodation provided

What we require:

• SA or QLD Electrical Workers Licence (or willingness for mutual recognition)
• Certificate III or IV in Instrumentation
• National Police Clearance
• CPR/LVR (within last 12 months)
• Hazardous Areas (within last 3 years)
• White Card
• Driver's license

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
