The Role

• Represent a premium brand at retail stores, trade shows, and local events.
• Engage with shoppers to generate interest in high-quality window and door solutions.
• Convert conversations into in-home consultation appointments, generating qualified leads.
• Set up and maintain professional, eye-catching product displays.
• Connect with a diverse range of customers, making exceptional first impressions.

What You'll Need

• Reliable transportation for travel to various event locations.
• A naturally outgoing personality and a love for initiating conversations.
• The ability to handle rejection confidently and maintain a positive attitude.
• A genuine enthusiasm for assisting customers and creating a positive brand experience.
• Physical ability to set up displays (lifting up to 40 lbs) and remain on your feet during shifts.
• To be 18 years or older and possess a smartphone.
