About Construction Management – AECOM Hunt

Founded in 1944 in Indianapolis, Indiana, AECOM Hunt has been building for over 80 years. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Management Manager to oversee the construction of a state-of-the-art baseball stadium. he ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, field operations, and large-scale sports facility projects.

Job Duties:

• Accountable for the development, coordination, and execution of the planning, design and/or construction management activities and personnel under individual's direction on a day-to-day basis.
• Lead a dynamic team, ensure project success, and contribute to the creation of a landmark facility.
• Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 
• Serve as the primary on-site liaison between project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and the client. 
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during construction, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline. 

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS in Engineering or Construction Management and 8 years of relevant construction experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools. 
• OSHA 30, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
