About Construction Management – AECOM Hunt
Founded in 1944 in Indianapolis, Indiana, AECOM Hunt has been building for over 80 years. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Management Manager to oversee the construction of a state-of-the-art baseball stadium. he ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, field operations, and large-scale sports facility projects.
Job Duties:
- Accountable for the development, coordination, and execution of the planning, design and/or construction management activities and personnel under individual's direction on a day-to-day basis.
- Lead a dynamic team, ensure project success, and contribute to the creation of a landmark facility.
- Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Serve as the primary on-site liaison between project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and the client.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during construction, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
Minimum Requirements:
- BA/BS in Engineering or Construction Management and 8 years of relevant construction experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- OSHA 30, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
- This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization now or in the future.
- Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.
- This position is not hybrid nor remote.
