The Role

• Provide technical development for radar and radar data processing software, supporting global air traffic control operations.
• Conduct technical investigations for new features and customer change requests.
• Develop and maintain technical specifications and documentation for customer deliverables and internal processes.
• Support field teams during the rapid deployment of radar systems.
• Engage in domestic and international travel, not exceeding 15%.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in safety-critical or mission-critical industries (e.g., aerospace, defense, transportation).
• Familiarity with safety-critical software system development.
• Experience developing server software applications, ideally in a Linux environment.
• Proficiency with data processing and tool development using MATLAB.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities for effective teamwork.
