The Role

• Provide in-person, online, or hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Work with pupils from KS1 to KS5, supporting those with MLD, SLD, and PMLD.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Collaborate with schools and local authorities to support disengaged and vulnerable learners.
• Be part of a mission to raise the standard of education for young people with diverse needs.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
• Familiarity in teaching Core Subjects: Maths, English, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (can be facilitated).
• Right to work in the UK.
