we are a Tier 1 vendor for the City and County of San Francisco for Cloud Services, Staffing Services and Training Services. For this multi-year opportunity with a diverse set of needs to address, we are currently focusing on establishing partnerships with individuals as well as companies who can help us enhance our overall service portfolio, cut lead times, and ultimately help us deliver successfully. We currently hold sizable Government accounts in the San Francisco bay area including City and County of San Francisco, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County.

Mandatory Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical analyst, data engineer, or related role involving healthcare data and analytics.
  3. 5 Years SQL, SAS & InterSystems HealthShare core technical toolset for queries, analytics, and data platforms
  4. 5 Years EHR systems & clinical data expertise SME-level knowledge of EHR architecture, HL7 v2, and C-CDA standards
  5. 5 Years ETL & data analysis validating extracts, monitoring load jobs, transforming data, business reporting
  6. 5 Years HIE data standards & HIPAA compliance health information exchange formats and regulatory knowledge
  7. 5 Years Technical leadership leading complex EHR integration analyses and cross-functional coordination
  8. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
  9. Experience with SQL, SAS, and InterSystems HealthShare
  10. The ability to lead technical analyses across complex electronic health record (EHR) integrations
  11. Subject matter expert (SME) level of knowledge working with clinical data, EHRs, HL7 v2, and C-CDA messages
  12. Mature knowledge of health information exchange data standards and formats, including knowledge of EHRs' data architecture
  13. Experience with analyzing and documenting clinical processes and requirement specifications for health data exchange
  14. Understanding of general IT architecture principles, technical designs and specification documents
  15. Knowledge of HIPAA and health care regulatory compliance as they relate to EHR systems and Health Information Exchange (HIE)
  16. Experience developing training materials or end user reports with regard to clinical data and clinical systems workflow
