BMS Service Engineer

Location: Central London / Greater London<br />Salary: £50,000+ + Company Car or Car Allowance The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced BMS Service Engineer to join a growing team working across a range of smart, sustainable and high-performance commercial buildings throughout Central London.

You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding BMS/BEMS systems, working directly with clients and alongside other engineers and contractors to ensure systems are operating efficiently and reliably.

Key Responsibilities Service and maintain BMS control systems across commercial and industrial sites<br />Carry out PPM, reactive maintenance and small project works<br />Diagnose and resolve complex BMS faults and technical issues<br />Complete system checks and diagnostics to optimise performance<br />Respond to client requests professionally and efficiently<br />Work alongside engineers, contractors and clients to deliver high-quality service<br />Keep accurate records of maintenance and service activity<br />Stay up to date with the latest BMS technologies and industry developments<br />Participate in the on-call rota<br />Attend training and development opportunities to expand your technical expertise What We're Looking For Proven experience as a BMS Service Engineer<br />Strong technical knowledge of BMS/BEMS systems<br />Experience with at least two of the following:

Tridium<br />Distech<br />Schneider<br />Delta<br />Centraline<br />KNX<br />Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities<br />Excellent problem-solving skills<br />Good communication and client-facing skills<br />Ability to work independently while also being part of a wider engineering team<br />Willingness to participate in an on-call rota
