Job description

Who we are:

We believe that great work is fueled by passion – a passion for the people you serve and the way you serve them. Especially in senior living careers, you need a strong team of individuals with varied strengths but one common goal: to offer quality care and a fulfilling lifestyle to our senior residents. Monarch Landing is Naperville’s premier Life Plan Community, conveniently located near Route 59 & Interstate 88. We are actively looking for a hospitality-minded Server, to join our growing team!

You will enjoy:

  • Salary: $16/hour
  • Employee assistance program
  • Discounted meals
  • Parking garage
  • Employee referral bonus program
  • Resident-run employee appreciation program
  • You will enjoy being part of a great team in a fun, engaging work environment!
Whether this is your first job or you are an experienced server, our position is the best opportunity. Closing is done by 8:00 pm. We are looking for a part-time server. If you enjoy serving others and have a strong interest in working with Seniors then this opportunity is for you. We especially need weekend servers. Hours are: Fridays & Saturdays from 3:30pm-7:30pm and Sundays from 10:30am-2:30pm.
