Multichannel Business Analytics & Strategic Insights

Location: San Bruno, California (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and creative Business Analyst for our Media Insights team. This role is central to the continued growth and success of the team. You will turn hard data into actionable insights and compelling stories to inform key business decisions by working alongside Analytics, Sales, and Campaign Management teams. This individual contributor position involves unlocking insights, building analytic solutions, and telling the story that helps move media decisions forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the development, execution, and delivery of short and long-term analytic projects that influence media investment strategies and business growth opportunities.
• Ensure delivery of assigned insights analyses with end-to-end ownership, clear communication, and detailed project plans.
• Develop, enhance, and produce various predictive models to generate behavioral shopper insights, target audiences, and optimized customer journeys.
• Drive strategic initiatives, including identifying issues, creating hypotheses, executing analysis, and translating data into meaningful insights and actions.
• Develop and present concrete, hypothesis-driven deliverables.
• Support the development of executive-level presentations and perspectives.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of experience in a related analytics field. Practical experience in mining, analyzing, and interpreting data through various statistical techniques and predictive models (e.g., Regression, Time Series, Natural Language Processing, Pattern Recognition, Classification, Segmentation, Deep Learning).

Technical Skills: Experience working with large datasets and data sources with strong programming skills leveraging SQL, Python/R, and Excel. Must have hands-on experience in SQL. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and integrity.
