Job Description

IBM DB2 DBA/Developer (w/ z/OS, Mainframe, REXX, JCL, Some Python, Materialized Query Tables (MQTs), CDC/Replication Exp.)

Location: Chandler, AZ 85224 (***Hybrid -***3 Days Onsite work and 2 days Remote in a week!!!)

Job Description:

Responsibilities include This person is responsible to:

1. Enhance application code to implement look ahead logic for GDG databases at all production plexes

2. Assist backup governance team in their interactions with AIT managers on 31 days retention of datasets such as generate necessary evidence when 31 days retention when met by application teams or provide list of gaps to AIT managers.

3. Replace current CMDB extracts from remedy to ServiceNow and enhance reconciliation process using data from ServiceNow

4. Provide production support for daily jobs covering CMDB feeds MRA3 related backup inventory reports and 31 days retention reports

5. Perform audit prescribed checks thoroughly on all reports before sending to Audit governance team
