Job Description

We are hiring a Public Health Administrator 1 to handle regulatory board administration, licensure processing, and compliance coordination.
 
Key Information
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid
  • Location: Nashville, TN (Candidates must be TN residents)
  • Interview Process: Web Cam or In-Person
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST (7.5 hrs/day)
Top Core Skills Required
  • Licensing & Reciprocity: Reviewing applications, permits, and certifications for completeness, accuracy, and legal compliance.
  • Data & Payment Processing: Entering data, matching payments, and managing licensee fee records.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Applying policies, rules, and statutory mandates to make acceptance/rejection recommendations.
  • Administrative Coordination: Scheduling board meetings, managing exam logistics, and preparing facilities.
  • Communication & Inquiries: Explaining policies/laws to the public, handling complaints, and reporting status updates to leadership.
Qualifications
  • Strong Computer Literacy & Database entry skills
  • High Accuracy & Attention to Detail
